Bahareh Shoghli

Bahareh Shoghli, PhD, PE, is a Senior Water Resources Engineer at Dewberry since February 2021. With a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota, Bahareh has extensive experience in water resources, sediment analysis, and climate impact assessments. Prior roles include Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the University of Tennessee and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Dakota, focusing on watershed simulations and soil moisture characterization in embankment dams. Additional experience encompasses contributions as a Graduate Intern at Santa Clara Valley Water District, Project Engineer at Tehran Raymand Consulting Engineers, and Design Engineer at Namvaran Consulting Engineering, with a strong focus on hydraulic analysis and stormwater management. Educational qualifications also include an MSc from the University of Tehran and a BSc from K. N. Toosi University of Technology.
