Lorraine Healy

Lorraine Healy is an accomplished professional in the diplomatic sector, currently serving as Deputy Consul General and Deputy Head of Mission at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Ireland, since March 2019. Prior to this role, Lorraine held the position of EU Budget Officer at the Department of Finance Ireland from April 2017 to March 2019 and contributed as an Assistant Political and Public Affairs Officer and Political Affairs Intern at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade from April 2016 to April 2017.
