Mary Lynn Hoffer

Mary Lynn Hoffer is the current principal at DHJJ (DiGiovine, Hnilo, Jordan + Johnson Ltd.). Prior to this, they were the supervisor of internal audit at Santa Fe Southern Pacific Corporation from October 1985 to March 1988. In this role, they were responsible for managing financial statement audits of contractors and governmental agencies, and preparing a PC-based financial projection model. From March 1988 to March 1989, Hoffer worked as the CFO at Oberweis Dairy. In this role, they managed relationships with financial institutions, insurers, and vendors; supervised; and provided management with perspectives on financial statements. The primary benefit derived from this position was a realization of the potential outcome of leveraged growth and experience in managing the resulting financial condition. Finally, from March 1989 to March 1990, Hoffer worked as a supervisor at Sikich Gardner & Co. In this role, they developed and implemented firm standards; coordinated and conducted in-house continuing education courses; and revised audit and tax department manuals.

Mary Lynn Hoffer received their BA in Accounting from Bradley University. Mary is certified as an Exit Planning Advisor by the Exit Planning Institute, a Certified Public Accountant by the AICPA, and a Certified Valuation Analyst by the NACVA. Mary is also certified by the AICPA as a Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).
