Ruth Szotten

Ruth Szotten is a senior Learning and Development Advisor at Diabetes UK, where since December 2014, Ruth has enacted positive change and fostered growth through impactful training programs and employee development initiatives. Previously, as a Learning & Organisational Development Advisor at the same organization, Ruth customized training solutions by conducting needs assessments and gap analyses. Ruth also served as Volunteer Development Manager, recruiting and training volunteers in London. Prior to this, Ruth was the Director of Education at Tzedek from November 2010 to July 2014, overseeing educational initiatives, school twinning programs, and developing resources for overseas volunteer trips. Earlier experience includes the role of Education Officer at Tzedek and Director of Learning and Training at BBYO UK, where Ruth advanced Jewish education. Ruth holds a degree in Hebrew & Jewish Studies from The University of Manchester.
