Magdaléna Šrubařová

Magdaléna Šrubařová has extensive experience in customer service, PR, and fundraising across various organizations. Since September 2020, Magdaléna has been working at Diakonie ČCE as a PR and Fundraising specialist, as well as a field caregiver. Prior to this, from September 2018 to August 2020, Magdaléna served as a customer service operator at Home Credit ČR a SR, handling incoming calls and loan approvals. From February 2012 to June 2018, Magdaléna held several roles at Partners Financial Services, a.s., including junior supervisor of customer service and senior agent, focusing on client service, team training, and development of educational materials. Magdaléna also has a background in youth leadership from a dual role at Biskupství brněnské and Sdružení Petrov, where responsibilities included team management, organization of youth events, and fundraising tasks. Magdaléna began their career in communications and technical support at O2 (Telefónica UK) in 2007. Educational qualifications include a high school diploma from Gymnázium Pavla Křížkovského with an artistic focus, obtained in 2001.
