Quintin Heaney

Quintin Heaney has over 40 years of experience in the financial sector. Quintin began their career in 1979 as a Trainee at Price Waterhouse, eventually working their way up to Assistant Manager. In 1997, they joined Alexander Forbes, where they held the roles of CEO - International Financial Services, Group Development Director, and Group Finance Director. In 2006, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Tyser & Co Ltd, where they jointly led a successful ownership transition of a medium sized Lloyds broker via MBO, designed the transaction structure to avoid the need for external equity financing, and created an Employee Benefit Trust structure to incentivise and reward staff with equity. Quintin then held the role of Partner at QJR Consulting Ltd in 2014, COO at Endeavour Insurance Services Limited and Pumpkin Resources Ltd in 2015, and Partner at Cyber Strata Ltd in 2016. Most recently, they have been a Non Executive Director at Dialogue Exchange since 2019.

Quintin Heaney's education history includes a BA (Hons) in Economics & Business Finance from The University of Manchester, which they obtained from 1976 to 1979, and a secondary education from Marlborough College from 1970 to 1975.
