Anne Ye

Anne Ye is a Senior Scientist at Diffuse Bio since December 2023, previously serving as Scientist II in Target Biochemistry at Atreca, Inc. from January 2020 to August 2023. At Atreca, Anne initiated the development of a mammalian display epitope mapping platform and supervised the execution of protein and cell binding assays. Additional responsibilities included enhancing antibody specificity through mammalian surface antigen overexpression, supporting bispecific antibody engineering, and contributing to patent applications. Prior to Atreca, Anne held positions as Scientist I within the Epitope ID team and completed a PhD in Bioengineering at Stanford University, where the focus was on directed evolution of bioconjugation enzymes and growth factor variants. Early education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from MIT and experience as an undergraduate researcher, engineering fellow, and scholar at MIT. Skills encompass a diverse range of techniques including surface display methodologies, next-generation sequencing, and various biochemistry assays.
