Aleksandra Lella

Aleksandra (Ola) Lella is a Senior Innovation Manager at Digital Catapult, with experience in various roles including Innovation Manager and Innovation Associate since March 2021. Prior to this, Aleksandra served as a Digital Teaching Assistant for the MA Innovation Management program at the University of the Arts London, overseeing student learning experiences and providing technical support. In a previous role at the same institution, Aleksandra managed a student-led project that organized an online show and conference. Earlier career positions include roles at Olli Ella Ltd as an Administrator and Product Development Assistant, where responsibility included customer service and marketing strategies, and internships at retail branding GmbH and FRASERS focusing on design and branding projects. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Innovation Management from the University of the Arts London and a Bachelor’s degree in Design from Goldsmiths, University of London.
