Patricia Pomies

Patricia Pomies serves as the Director of the Board at Dock and a member of the Board at Sportian. As Chief Operating Officer and previously Chief Delivery & People Officer at Globant since 2017, Patricia has driven organizational performance through strategic goal setting and alignment across key operational areas, while also leading initiatives in diversity and inclusion. Additional roles include Board member at Digital House, member of Young Presidents Organization and WomenCorporateDirectors Foundation, and previous experience as General Manager at Educar Tecnología Educativa, where Patricia managed educational technology initiatives for the Argentinian government. With an academic background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science from the University of Buenos Aires, Patricia is currently pursuing a Certificate in Business Administration and Management at Stanford University.
