Melanie Handy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supplier diversity and corporate strategy. Currently serving as the Global Supplier Diversity Leader at Digital Realty since June 2022, Melanie previously held key positions at companies such as Trulieve, SparkCognition, VMware, BlackBerry, Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council, and Dell Computers. Accomplishments include initiating and managing multiple supplier diversity programs, developing comprehensive corporate policies, and significantly boosting diverse revenue at VMware by $800M within three years.
