Bianca Ricardi

Bianca Ricardi is a personal coach at DigitAlly. Bianca has been with the company since May 2019 and has held the position of Education Specialist. In this role, they have been responsible for the start-up of the company, the development of the Master's programs in Digital Marketing, the coordination of faculty and project work, the daily management of live and remote training courses, individual student coaching, the design and delivery of soft skills training, reporting data from satisfaction surveys, and the management of LMS platforms.

Prior to their current role, Bianca was a Junior UX Researcher - consultant at Fifth Beat from March 2019 to May 2019. In this role, they assisted with live and remote interviews, transcribed and analyzed interviews, wrote research insights and personas for the client (RCS Group).

Bianca has also taught courses at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from March 2018 to April 2018 and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from September 2017 to September 2017.

In November 2018 to January 2019, they were a trainer at Associazione Culturale Il Razzismo è una Brutta Storia e Area Didattica Fondazione Feltrinelli.

Bianca Ricardi has a Laurea Magistrale in Scienze antropologiche ed etnologiche from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, a Master's degree in Communication and Social Media Management from the Milano Fashion Institute, and a 1° ciclo - Laurea L in Design della moda from the Politecnico di Milano. Bianca also has a Foundation degree in Art and Design from the Birmingham Institute of Art and Design, a Diploma di maturità in Indirizzo Figurativo - progetto Leonardo from the Liceo Artistico Umberto Boccioni, and a certification from ETS in TOEIC.
