Brad Bolen

Brad Bolen has worked in a variety of industries, beginning in 1999 as a Comfort Engineer for Johnson Controls. In 2001, they moved to Ford Motor Company as a Human Factors/Ergonomics Engineer. In 2005, Brad joined Medtronic as a Senior Sales Rep in Cardiac Rhythm & Disease Management and a Senior Technical Field Engineer. In 2012, they became an Operations Manager and Operations Consultant for BioLumix, Inc. In 2013, Brad moved to Plante Moran as a Management Consultant - Manager, leveraging their project management expertise (PMP certified) and diverse professional experience to provide management consulting services to companies in a variety of industries. In 2019, they joined Michigan Medicine as a Senior Project Manager, and in 2022, Brad began working as an Implementation Project Manager for Diligent Robotics.

Brad Bolen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University between 1993 and 1997. Brad then returned to the same university to complete their Master of Science in Human Factors Engineering between 1997 and 1999. In 2002, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General in 2005. In 2017, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
