Imad Jebara

Senior Vice President, Global Customer Operations at Diligent

Imad Jebara has held various senior roles in customer operations and success at Diligent since 2016. Imad started as a Senior Manager in Data Driven GRC, then transitioned to Director of Customer Success and later served as Senior Director of Enablement & Advisory Services. After that, they were promoted to Vice President of Customer Success and subsequently became the Vice President of Global Customer Operations. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Operations. Prior to Diligent, Imad worked at KPMG LLP in positions ranging from Consultant to Senior Manager, focusing on business process review, system implementation reviews, and IT attestation. Imad also worked at Auburn University Finance Department as a Graduate Research Assistant and at Augusta Victoria Hospital as an Accountant and Acting Financial Controller. Early in their career, Imad was a Webmaster and Technical Support Team Member at Palnet Communications Ltd.

Imad Jebara obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom) in Accounting from Birzeit University in 2001. Then, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued two master's degrees concurrently at Auburn University - a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and a Master's in Management Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications such as CFM - Certified Financial Manager, CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor, CMA - Certified Management Accountant, CPA - Certified Public Accountant (California), CPA, CA - Chartered Professional Accountant / Chartered Accountant, and CRISC - Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control. Imad has also been awarded the Fulbright Scholarship, although the institution is not specified.
