Kelly Welch, SHRM-CP, CEBS, currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Dimensional Innovations, a position held since August 2025. Kelly began the career as a Policy Examiner at the Kansas Insurance Department from 2005 to 2013, handling insurance regulation and consumer complaints.
