George Manor is the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Diplomat. George has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

George joined Diplomat in April 2018 as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company’s accounting function, consolidations, technical accounting, SEC reporting, equity administration, internal controls, and SOX compliance.

During their time at Diplomat, George was instrumental in leading the integration efforts on various finance and operations workflows related to Diplomat’s acquisition by UnitedHealth Group. George also drove the integration of two large acquisitions, ensuring the adoption of common policies and procedures and initial SOX compliance. In addition, George successfully led the implementation of various systems to drive efficiencies, including Concur, Adaptive Insights, and ScriptMed (an specialized pharmacy dispensing ERP software).

Prior to joining Diplomat, George spent over 10 years at PWC in their healthcare advisory practice where they provided finance transformation and technical accounting services to clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

George is a Certified Public Accountant and received their BS in Accounting from the University of Michigan.

George Manor attended the University of Michigan where they studied economics and accounting. George then went on to earn their certification as a CPA.

George Manor reports to Brian Griffin, Chairman & CEO. George Manor works with Steven B. Hess - Senior Vice President, Procurement, Facilities, and Portfolio Management, Eric Hill - Vice President; Chief Operating Officer, Diplomat Specialty Infusion Group, and Gary Rice - Executive Vice President, Operations.
