Sophie Schiller

Sophie Schiller currently serves as a member of the sanctions commission at the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France since September 2016 and holds the position of professeur agrégée de droit privé at Université Paris-Dauphine since May 2010, teaching subjects related to vigilance duties, anti-corruption measures, and various aspects of contract and corporate law. With extensive experience in academia, Sophie has previously held teaching roles at Université Lille 2, Groupe HEC, and Université Paris Nord. Additionally, Sophie has practiced independently as a lawyer since 1994. Sophie obtained a DEA in private law from Université Paris 2 between 1992 and 1993.
