Abdulnaseer Albalwi is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in information technology management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Diriyah Company since June 2025, Abdulnaseer is responsible for defining and executing the technology strategy to align with business objectives. Previously, Abdulnaseer held senior roles, including Senior Director of Information Technology at Diriyah Gate Development Authority and IT Director at Saudi Railway Company, where key contributions included optimizing IT operations, overseeing technological infrastructure, and establishing IT security policies. Other notable positions include Director of IT Operations and IT Network & Support Manager at National Air Services, IT Network Operations Manager at SABB, and various roles in software development in earlier career phases. Abdulnaseer holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from King Saud University.
