Emily Roznowski

Emily Roznowski is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience in disability rights and housing law. Currently serving as Staff Attorney at Disability Rights Advocates since December 2023, Emily previously held the position of Assistant Attorney General in the Disability Rights Bureau at the Illinois Attorney General's Office from March 2022 to November 2023. Prior to that, Emily worked as a Staff Attorney in the Housing Practice Group at Legal Aid Chicago from October 2020 to February 2022. Additional experience includes a law clerk position for the Honorable Ronald M. Gould at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and advocacy roles at various organizations, including the ACLU of Illinois and Equip for Equality. Emily obtained a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Chicago.
