Yudhveer Kissoon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business analysis and service channel implementation within the Discovery Group. Currently serving as a Senior Service Channel Implementation Manager and Product Owner at Discovery Limited since September 2018, Yudhveer has successfully led digital transformation initiatives that optimized customer engagement platforms. Prior experience includes roles at Discovery Insure, where Yudhveer improved insurance processes and enhanced policy sales, and earlier positions at Discovery Limited and Discovery Health that focused on system enhancements, data-driven decision-making, and workforce optimization. Yudhveer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Statistics from the University of Pretoria.
