Shang Chou, CQF, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in private equity, venture capital, and alternative investments. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Dishmi Capital since June 2025 and Managing Partner at Caerus Investment Advisors, LLC since January 2024, Shang has a solid track record in tax alpha and derivative strategies. Previous roles include Chief Revenue Officer at Tema ETFs, where active strategies in healthcare and equity were developed, and Managing Director at Simplify Asset Management, contributing significantly to firm growth and AUM. Additionally, Shang has held positions at Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan, providing private wealth management and advisory services, and has entrepreneurial experience from leading a fintech startup.
