Emily Dearman is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and sales across leading organizations in the entertainment and restaurant industries. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Sales Strategy at Disney Experiences since July 2019, Emily has previously held roles including Senior Manager and Marketing & Sales Strategy Manager, where responsibilities included managing Disney Vacation Club sales channels and optimizing sales performance metrics. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Brand Manager at Darden, focusing on cross-functional collaboration and managing a significant marketing budget, as well as positions at Universal Orlando Resort, where Emily developed data-driven marketing strategies and integrated marketing plans. Emily's earlier experience includes strategic marketing for Florida Virtual School and support for the Walt Disney World Annual Pass Program. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management and Marketing from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BS in Marketing Communication from Emerson College.
