Qian Gao

Qian (Anne) Gao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at The Walt Disney Company, currently serving as Senior Manager of ESR Programs since May 2006. In this role, Qian oversees a $100M flagship initiative, managing strategic development, project execution, and content production while collaborating with various Disney divisions including Pixar and Marvel. Previous positions include Manager of Strategic Operations and Manager of ILS Operations, where Qian was involved in budget management, team leadership, and marketing communications. Prior experience includes brand marketing at China Telecom Corporation Limited, where Qian executed global rebranding and managed comprehensive marketing campaigns. Qian holds a Master of Public Policy in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University.
