Karl C. Johnson Jr.

Karl C. Johnson Jr is a career commercial and investment banker having worked for multiple international financial institutions during his 20-year career. Subsequent to his banking career, Karl ran a start-up technology company that developed low precious metal automotive catalytic converter formulations, as well as co-leading an engineering team in the development of an ultrasonic diesel engine fuel injection technology. Recently Karl has been actively involved with a number of private equity firms and independent sponsor groups by providing M&A buy-side advisory services and capital raising advisory services. He is currently President and CFO of Diversified Chemical Technologies, Inc., a specialty chemical manufacturing company focused on packaging adhesives, industrial solvents, cleaners, lubricants, and MRO supply distribution. Mr. Johnson has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
