Claire Whittle

Claire Whittle currently serves as a Partner at DLA Piper since November 2023. Prior to this role, Claire was a Partner at Bates Wells from January 2015 to November 2023, and held various positions including Senior Associate and Associate. Claire began their legal career at Herbert Smith Freehills as an Associate and Solicitor Advocate from March 2011 to November 2014, and previously worked as a Trainee Solicitor at Liberty (National Council for Civil Liberties) from September 2010 to February 2011, as well as at Herbert Smith from March 2009 to February 2011. Claire earned a BA (Hons) in Jurisprudence (Law) from the University of Oxford, graduating in 2007.
