David Horniak

David Horniak is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at DLA Piper since October 2022. Prior to this role, David held positions at Williams & Connolly LLP from October 2010 to October 2022 as Counsel and Associate. David's legal career includes experience as a Law Clerk to Judge Ronald M. Gould at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from August 2009 to August 2010, as well as summer clerkships at Williams & Connolly LLP and Mayer Brown in 2008 and 2007, respectively. David's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School (2006-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) degree in Computer Science, cum laude, from Dartmouth College (1999-2003). Before entering the legal field, David gained extensive management experience at McMaster-Carr, where roles included Packing Operations Manager and Expansion Project Manager from 2003 to 2006.
