Ashima Garg

Ashima Garg serves as the AVP of Fraud Risk and Process Control at DMI Finance Private Limited since January 2024, having previously held the position of Team Manager for Fraud and Risk Control. Prior experience includes a tenure as Team Leader for Fraud Control at L&T Finance from August 2021 to February 2024, and as a Senior RCU Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank, where responsibilities involved risk management in the Risk and Vigilance department from May 2019 to July 2021. Ashima began a career in risk management as a Deputy RCU Manager at Capital First Limited. Ashima holds a PGDM in Finance and Marketing from Jagannath International Management School and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Aditi Mahavidyalaya, Delhi University.
