Kyohei Mukaigawa

Kyohei has a passion for startups using technology to distrupt old-fasioned, inefficient industries.

Before joining DNX Ventures, Kyohei spent 7 years at a top-tier Japanese trading firm, Mitsubishi Corporation as a buy-side M&A manager. He executed several M&A tenders and deals spanning from Australia, Indonesia to Chile. Kyohei also has 2 years' experience as a turnaround manager at Japan Water Coporation, one of the subsidiaries of Mitsubishi. He transformed core business from municipal water treatment plant operations to financial and public policy advisory services to municipal executives regarding privatization.

Kyohei holds BA in Economics from the University of Tokyo, and an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business(Class of 2018).
