Jean Richard Desire

Jean Richard Desire is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience spanning various roles in leading technology companies. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Docusign since September 2024, Jean previously held positions as Software Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Flatiron Health, and Chief Software Architect at Virus Geeks, where responsibilities included developing features for COVID-19 testing platforms and mentoring developers. With prior experience at Microsoft, Amazon, and CAE, Jean has a strong background in microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and agile development practices, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
