Julie Crane

Julie Crane is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and compliance. As the Head of Employee Relations at DocuSign, Julie leads initiatives to enhance workplace culture and address employee concerns. Prior roles at Applied Materials include Sr. Director and Director of Global Employee Relations, where Julie oversaw separations and compliance efforts. Julie also served as Sr. Manager of Employee and Labor Relations at Stanford University and as Employment Trainer at Crane HR Consulting. Additionally, Julie held the position of General Counsel for Alameda County Employees' Retirement Association. Julie holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
