Deepak Kalra

Deepak Kalra has a diverse work experience in the sales and service industry. Deepak started their career at Yatra Online Ltd. in 2017 as a Travel Analyst, where they managed operations and back office duties for the B2B business. In 2018, they joined British Airways as a Senior Service Advisor, where they served as the point of contact for top business clients and handled end-to-end resolutions. Deepak then moved to American Express in 2021 as a Sr. Executive, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and implementing effective sales strategies. Currently, they are working at Docyt as a Sales Development Representative.

Deepak Kalra completed their senior secondary education in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths from the Central Board of Secondary Education in 2010-2011. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Data Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. In 2022, Deepak obtained a certification in B.Sc in Programming and Data Science from the same institution.
