James Wynne

James Wynne has extensive experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, currently serving as the Head of Information Technology Operations at Dogs Trust since November 2019, with previous roles including Head of IT Infrastructure and Infrastructure Technical Lead. Prior to this position, James held the role of IT Service Manager at UCL from October 2017 to November 2019. A significant portion of James's career was spent at VSO from February 2003 to September 2017, where responsibilities included managing a globally dispersed IT team and overseeing infrastructure and security architecture as Global IT Infrastructure Manager. Earlier roles at VSO also encompassed Global IT Operations Manager and Network Manager. James began career as a Field Engineer and Team Leader at Olivetti from March 1987 to December 2000. Academic credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems and Management from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Dublin City University.
