Ranj Rama

Ranj Rama is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business analysis and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of IT Innovation at Dogs Trust, the largest dog welfare charity in the UK, Ranj is responsible for enhancing technological initiatives. Previously, Ranj held the position of Head of Business Analysis at ERM, leading a global team in delivering digital and infrastructure projects. Ranj has managed technology solutions at Kaplan as a Business Analysis Manager, and served as a Lead Business Analyst at King's College London. Additional roles include Senior Business Analyst/Team Leader at Macmillan Cancer Support and Business Analyst at Capita, with early experience as Support Tech at Aurora Fashions Ltd. and Snr Support Analyst at TRS Management Resources. Ranj holds a Master's degree in Management of Business Information Systems and dual Bachelor's degrees in Information Technology Project Management and Technology Management from London South Bank University.
