Amol Kadu

Amol Kadu has over 25 years of extensive experience in operations and manufacturing within the chemical and food industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at DöhlerGroup since July 2019, Amol previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at AVT Natural Products Limited from November 2012 to June 2019. Earlier roles include General Manager of Manufacturing at AB Mauri, Manager of Engineering & Projects at Givaudan, and Unit Manager for Production & TPM at Unilever. Amol began a career as a Process Engineer at I G Petrochemicals Limited after obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
