Dr. Rene Nachtsheim

Dr. Rene Nachtsheim currently serves as the Product Manager for Idea to Market Services & Solutions at DöhlerGroup, where responsibilities include formulating and executing a global strategic roadmap for "Servitization" and optimizing service portfolios to maximize revenue and profit. Previous roles at DöhlerGroup included Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in Sensory & Consumer Science, focusing on generating insights for food and beverage development, establishing core services, and managing sensory research projects. Prior to this, Dr. Nachtsheim was Head of the Sensory Science Department at Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt, overseeing educational programs and applied research, and held a Research Associate position at the University of Giessen, culminating in a Ph.D. in oral physiology and fat perception. Dr. Nachtsheim holds a Master of Science degree from Justus Liebig University Giessen.
