Roberto Rodrigues

Roberto Rodrigues is an experienced payroll and finance professional with a strong background in managing payroll across multiple countries. Currently serving as a Senior EMEA Payroll Accountant at Dolby Laboratories since June 2018, Roberto oversees payroll for Germany, Spain, Dubai, Turkey, Russia, and Brazil, while providing backup support for the UK and France. Prior to this role, Roberto worked at The Coca-Cola Company as a Payroll Delivery Analyst, focusing on payroll management in various African and Middle Eastern countries. Roberto’s career began at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where roles included Payroll SME for the Spanish and Portuguese market and Senior Payroll and HR Processor, leading to expertise in payroll processes, compliance, and training. Early career experience was gained at Fujitsu Technology Solutions as an IT Consultant, providing customer support in multiple languages. Roberto holds a Bachelor's degree from the Universidade do Porto, completed in 2009.
