Cony Glaeser

Cony Glaeser has extensive experience in the grocery and retail sectors, currently serving as Senior Director at Dollar General since October 2011, overseeing private label food, pet products, snacks, candy, and perishables across over 10,000 stores. Previous roles include Vice President of Grocery at ECRM, where Cony led a team of sales managers and account executives, and Vice President of Marketing and Supply Chain at dSd Partners, managing key accounts and customer service operations. Additional experience encompasses Divisional Marketing Manager at Longs Drugs, Category Manager at Ralphs Grocery Company, and Store Director at Cala Foods. Cony began the career as a Wine Steward and Drug Department Manager, building a strong foundation in purchasing and personnel management.
