Jenn Hulett

Jenn Hulett is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Dollar Tree. Prior to their current position, Jenn was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Core-Mark International from May 2020 to January 2022. Jenn has also held the position of Vice President - Ericsson North America from August 2015 to May 2020 and Global Vice President of HR - Lufkin & Artificial Lift at GE Oil & Gas from September 2012 to August 2015. Jenn started their career at GE Power & Water in January 2007 as the Global Human Resources Director and held that position until January 2011.

Jenn Hulett has a Masters in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the same school.

They are on a team with Neil A. Curran - President & COO, Dollar Tree Canada, Bruce A. Walters - Chief Development Officer, and Bobby Aflatooni - CIO. Jenn Hulett reports to Michael A. Witynski, President & CEO.
