Balázs Tapasztó

Balázs Tapasztó is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of the ERP Competence Center EMEA at Dometic since April 2018. With a strong background in IT service management and training, Balázs has been delivering ITIL and various software training courses through Training360 since November 2012. Previous leadership roles include Co Owner and CEO at TaxiLike Hungary Llc., where the focus was on innovative taxi booking solutions, as well as product management positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and BT Global Services, overseeing service management and marketing. Balázs also has significant experience in project management from work at Magyar Telekom and Inform Media Kft. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Informatics from the University of Debrecen and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies and Marketing Communication from Oxford Brookes University IBS Budapest.
