Karl Humberson

Karl Humberson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project construction within the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Offshore Wind - Construction at Dominion Energy since July 2011, Karl previously held the role of Director Project Construction for Offshore Wind (CVOW). Prior to this, Karl was the Engineering Manager at Progress Energy, overseeing large capital projects from April 2006 to June 2011. Earlier experiences include positions at Alstom Power as Commissioning Manager, Technical Field Assistant, and at BAE Systems as Engineer II, as well as work with Noble Drilling as Engine Room Operator and Construction Engineer. Karl holds a degree in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
