Michael E. Szymanczyk

Mr. Szymanczyk served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Altria Group, Inc. from March 2008 to May 2012. From August 2002 through July 2008, he also served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Philip Morris USA Inc.

Mr. Szymanczyk previously served on the boards of the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Engineering Foundation, the United Negro College Fund and the Richmond Performing Arts Center. He also served on the Board of Trustees of the University of Richmond and the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Mr. Szymanczyk currently serves as a director of Duke Realty Corporation.

He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University.

Mr. Szymanczyk serves on the Audit and Finance and Risk Oversight Committees.
