Morgan Harrell

Morgan Harrell is a seasoned professional in economic development and local government management, currently serving as the Economic Development and Local Government Manager at Dominion Energy since January 2019. Previously, Morgan held the same position at SCANA from April 2013 to December 2018, managing projects across the Midlands region. Morgan's career also includes roles as Area Director at readySC, Project Manager at the South Carolina Department of Commerce, and various positions supporting the Governor's Office and campaign efforts. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Communications from the College of Charleston, completed Master's degree coursework in Project Management at The Citadel, and is a graduate of the SC Economic Development School. Additionally, Morgan has undergone professional training in sales through Dale Carnegie.
