Sheila G. Kramer is the Vice President of Human Resources at Donaldson Company Inc., a privately-held print and graphics media company serving Fortune 1000 client companies through printing & marketing solutions and strategic business services. Sheila has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Donaldson for 10 years.

Sheila started their career in 1999 as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lifetouch Publishing Inc., where they spent 6 years before moving on to Lifetouch National School Studios Inc. in 2005. Sheila spent 4 years at Lifetouch National School Studios Inc. before moving on to their current position at Donaldson in 2009.

At Donaldson, Sheila has been instrumental in leading the design and execution of an enterprise-wide human resources transformation effort. Established partnerships and led third-party consultants and internal cross-company teams to project plan and manage all aspects of this multi-year commitment.
