Chelsea J. Maxwell

Chelsea J. Maxwell, MSW, currently serves as an Assistant Adjunct Professor at Dordt University, specializing in community organizing, policy advocacy, and social justice while supervising graduate students in field placements. Previously, Chelsea held the role of Senior Research Associate and Interim Co-Lead in the Research Department at the Association for Enterprise Opportunity, overseeing research projects and developing impact reports. Chelsea's experience includes conducting interviews for the Behavioral Risk Factors Surveillance Survey, launching family policy initiatives at the Center for Public Justice, and supporting community engagement with the Food Bank of Iowa and the City of Philadelphia Office of Homeless Services. Chelsea holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's in Social Work from Dordt University.
