Kathryn Shelton

Kathryn Shelton is a seasoned paralegal with extensive experience in corporate and securities law. Currently serving as a Sr. Corporate/Securities Paralegal at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since April 2014, Kathryn specializes in business transactions, loan support, due diligence, and SEC filings. Prior experience includes a role as a Business/Finance Law Paralegal at Durham Jones & Pinegar, where Kathryn supported business transactions and immigration law, and as a Paralegal to General Counsel at Huntsman Corporation, overseeing mergers, acquisitions, and governance compliance for numerous entities. Kathryn began the legal career as a Legal Secretary with Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy and held administrative roles in education prior to that. Kathryn holds an Associate Degree in Arts and Sciences from Ricks College.
