Head, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Dotdash Meredith

Delonzo Rhodes is the current Head of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Dotdash Meredith. Prior to this role, Rhodes served as the Head of Employee Experience at The Museum of Modern Art from December 2017 to November 2020. In this role, Rhodes oversaw EX and L&D strategy and execution for the museum's $450M expansion and reimagining. Additionally, Rhodes led the creation and rollout of the visitor engagement philosophy for employees interacting with over 3M visitors yearly.

Before their time at The Museum of Modern Art, Rhodes served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Bonobos from August 2015 to December 2017. As an HR leader for the high-growth digitally native vertical brand, Rhodes was responsible for the brand's acquisition by Walmart.

Rhodes has also served as US Human Resources Manager for Stella McCartney & Alexander McQueen at Kering from January 2014 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for heading US HR and employee relations for both international luxury fashion retailers headquartered in London.

In addition to their experience with high-growth brands, Rhodes has also worked in human resources for New York University and Columbia University. Delonzo began their career as a Human Resources Generalist for Eastside Trucking in January 2011 before moving to Columbia University in the City of New York in January 2006.

Delonzo Rhodes has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University, a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Language from Indiana University, and certification from YogaWorks, Inc. in 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. Delonzo is also certified by Gallup in CliftonStrengths Coaching and by the National Council for Behavioral Health in Mental Health First Aid USA Certification.

They work with Michael Friedman - SVP, Finance, Strategy & Corporate Development, Amy Thind - SVP, Finance & Strategy, and Diane L. Parker - VP, Diversity & Inclusion. Delonzo Rhodes reports to Tim Quinn, CFO & Head of Strategy.
