Robert Demaria

Robert DeMaria is a Senior Project Engineer at Downer since October 2019, specializing in Rail Construction and Maintenance with a focus on the Warrnambool Line Upgrade for major clients such as VLine and ARTC. Prior to this role, Robert worked at McConnell Dowell from November 2010 to October 2019, where positions included Project Engineer for the Wyndham Vale Stabling Yard Project, Rail Plant Manager overseeing a fleet of rail track machines, Rail Plant Engineer for the Murray Basin Rail Project, and various engineering and support roles within rail operations. Robert holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University, obtained between 2008 and 2011, and completed secondary education at Marcellin College from 2002 to 2007.
