Lou Florence

Lou Florence is the President and CEO of Doyon Utilities, a position they have held since 2019. Previously, they served as Vice President of Operations at Reliability Management Group from 2017 to 2019 and held various significant roles at TransAlta, Arizona Public Service, including VP Coal Operations and President of TransAlta USA. Lou's educational background includes an MBA from Arizona State University and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Western International University. With extensive experience in operations and business leadership, they focus on asset management, strategic planning, and team development to foster improvements in organizational effectiveness.
