Rachael began their career as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Argos and later served as Reward Manager at Rank Hovis McDougall. Rachael has held key positions, including HR Manager - Reward and Systems at Paramount Restaurants and Director at Pillans HR Ltd, where they consulted on all areas of reward. Currently, Rachael is the VP of Total Rewards Europe at DP World and also serves as Head of Reward at P&O Ferries.
