Gloria Allorbi is a Personal Care Development Chemist and the CEO & Founder of Gloria’s Shito®️, actively leading the brand since 2021. With extensive experience in research and development, they have previously worked with major companies including L'Oréal, Avon Products, and Johnson and Johnson, where they developed innovative hair care and skin care products. Gloria is an alumnus of the Target®️ Forward Founder Cohort 2023 and is currently involved as a mentor at the Target®️ Accelerator. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology at Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Saint Peter's University.
