Esther Dekker

Esther Dekker has extensive experience in marketing management and customer service, currently serving as the Regional Marketing Manager for Services at Draeger since September 2000. In this role, Esther is responsible for implementing regional strategies, ensuring profitability, and providing operational support within the Business Field Services across Europe. Previous positions at Draeger include Group Manager for Services and Life Cycle Solutions, overseeing service development and after-sales strategies, as well as serving as Team Leader for the Customer Service Center. Esther's early career includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Warehouse Bonaire. Esther holds a Doctoraalexamen in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam and completed VWO at Nederlands Lyceum.
